Renderings for Delilah, Miami

I was asked by John Sofio of Built Inc. to create a series of renderings for their project in Brickell, Miami for John Terzian and the H.Wood Group. The renderings were for the recently opened 1920’s themed supper club known as Delilah. This was the first East Coast hospitality themed experience for the team, and having unique watercolor imagery was important for the branding and marketing for the restaurant.
